The 5 Intentions are Awake, Attention, Attitude, Attraction & Accountability.
Awake Resolution: Sleep by 11pm and wake up at 7 am every morning.
5 Things To Do To Set a Good Sleep Routine:
I need 8 hours of sleep a day, work backwards.
Set-up and settle into a quiet, dark room. #myroom
Last meal should end by 8pm.
Gratitude Journal or read a book at 11pm.
Set-up "visualisation" podcast to be played at 11:30pm and put phone on airplane mode.
