Intentions for a Purpose-Filled Year

As guided by someone I consider to be a great mentor in life, Jay Shetty.

3 goals I want to reach this year:

  1. Filming music videos for 3 of my tracks: "Half-Asleep," "Stay," and "Mend"
  2. Organise and perform at a live showcase of my music (Potential venues: The Moon SG, The Music Parlour)
  3. Sign a distribution/talent management deal with 1/2 different labels/agencies in Singapore

The 5 Intentions are Awake, Attention, Attitude, Attraction & Accountability.

Awake Resolution: Sleep by 11pm and wake up at 7 am every morning.

5 Things To Do To Set a Good Sleep Routine:

  1. I need 8 hours of sleep a day, work backwards.
  2. Set-up and settle into a quiet, dark room. #myroom
  3. Last meal should end by 8pm.
  4. Gratitude Journal or read a book at 11pm.
  5. Set-up "visualisation" podcast to be played at 11:30pm and put phone on airplane mode.
